Dominique “Demi” Foster, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Caring Medical Florida specializing in the evaluation and treatment of complex, multi-system pain conditions through regenerative medicine and advanced diagnostics.
Demi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, completing her Family Nurse Practitioner training in April 2026. She is board-certified to treat patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics.
She began her medical career in 2019 as a registered nurse in a Level II trauma hospital, working on a cardiac progressive care unit where she developed a strong clinical foundation in patient care and complex medical conditions.
Demi joined Caring Medical Florida in 2021 as a registered nurse, where her experience played a pivotal role in shaping her clinical path.
During this time, she witnessed firsthand the impact of regenerative medicine across a wide range of patients—from young individuals recovering from sports injuries to older adults striving to maintain mobility, remain active, and continue participating in the activities they enjoy. This exposure sparked her decision to advance her training and pursue her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She has since transitioned into her current role, bringing with her a unique perspective shaped by hands-on patient care and years of experience within the Caring Medical model. During her time at the clinic, she has developed extensive experience in prolotherapy and regenerative medicine, focusing on identifying the underlying causes of chronic pain and functional instability.
She is skilled in evaluating and treating conditions throughout the body using a comprehensive range of regenerative medicine treatments, including prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), stem cell therapies, and nerve injections. She is also experienced in the use and interpretation of advanced diagnostics utilized at Caring Medical, including musculoskeletal ultrasound, motion-based X-rays, cone beam CT imaging, and other in-office diagnostic testing.
Demi has trained closely under Dr. Ross Hauser and Danielle Matias, PA, and applies the same standards of clinical excellence and individualized care in her treatment approach.
Her clinical focus is on restoring function, improving stability, and helping patients return to normal activity by addressing the root causes of pain rather than masking symptoms.
Outside of her clinical work, Demi is a mother of two and values maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle. She brings this perspective into her care, understanding the importance of helping patients return to the activities and quality of life that matter most to them.
Many of our patients already know Demi from her years at Caring Medical as an amazing nurse. After seeing so many lives improved, she returned to school to become a Nurse Practitioner and Prolotherapist. She has an incredible skill for assessment and using our comprehensive H3 Prolotherapy treatment technique.
