Alright, we are a little over a week into the New Year, are you still working towards your New Years resolution?!

New habits can be hard to keep – sometimes we set unrealistic or overly ambitious goals that can be hard to sustain over time. Or there is a lack of specific planning, accountability and motivation, leading to discouragement and giving up.

But when we repeat a behavior regularly and consciously for about 21 to 66 days (depending on the individual) it can gradually become ingrained in your routine. So, whether you’re trying to incorporate a new habit like eating more home cooked meals, exercising more, or any other positive change, consistency and persistence are key to making it stick in the long run!

With that being said, if you have fallen off the resolution track, it’s never too late to get back on the horse! Keep pushing through and before you know it, that habit will feel less like a chore and more like part of your life routine!
