Ginger Wellness Shots

We have recently started making orange, ginger wellness shots and they have been a quick easy way to boost our immune systems! They are quite easy to make and really don’t require any measuring and if you don’t have a juicer, fear not! These can be made in a blender with the extra step of straining everything. Turmeric and ginger are great natural antioxidants and anti-inflammatories that can aid in digestion and immune health. And we all know how much Marion loves her lemons! Lemons naturally detoxify and alkalize the body and aid in healthy bowel movements. Again, you don’t

Give it a whirl! What you need: 2 scoops pea protein powder, (Orgain Organic Plant-based protein is our favorite) 1 scoop
